Will the motor out of a 2000 chevy suburban 327 5.3 L V8 to a 1998 350 5.7 L Vortec

No, it won't.

 

The 350 is not the same as the LS based 5.3 engine. It's completely different in design and computer operation. It uses coil packs with no distributor and individual injectors just to name a few changes. The wiring also won't be the same.

 

You need a Vortec 5.7 350 engine to replace it if you want a direct swap. Engines from 1996-1999 would be those.

It will bolt in but you need the electronics. There are stand alone aftermarket setups that will make it work.
