oem backup camera on fleet vehicle

hi i have a 2020 3500hd 4wd chassis. as is no box rear bumper just cab and frame.i added a cargo platform. installed an oem backup camera. it has 2 plugs. 1 plugged into the rear of frame junction. it has a smaller 2 wire connector. im assuming this goes to backup lite connector somewhere to activate the camera. i have no backup lites. anyone know what connector i can splice into to make it function? having a tough time finding any usable diagrams online. local dealer has been no help.

Are you sure the truck will support the backup camera?  As in, the system is programmed to notice and use the camera?  If not, from what others have posted about trying to add various other options to their truck, GM isn't allowing any upgrades to programming (as in, adding options the truck didn't have from the factory)..

i have this module from obd genie to reprogram but apparently i need the backup lite switching to complete it. need to know where the 2 wires connect to the frame harness since i dont have a box.

I’m looking to borrow the Obd genie to flash my backup camera into service. Any chance you still have it and would be willing to let me use it?

It's vin-locked, so you can't "borrow" it.  You'll need to buy it for yourself.
