2015 Silverado Max Trailering Package

Hey Everyone, I'm looking at a 15 Silverado with Max Trailering Package. It is a 5.3L engine and 9.76 Rear axle 3.73 Rear axle ratio and talks about an increased RGAWR. Just trying to find out what the actual towing capacity will be on this vehicle. I'm having so much trouble trying to figure out this little piece of information. I've read online that the max towing capacity is 12,500#, but dealer told me the 5.3L is only rated to 10,800#. and how do I know the tongue weight rating? I'm going to be pulling a travel trailer and would like to know the exact specs of my tow vehicle. Thanks for any help you guys can provide!
