Does anyone know where to purchase these style mats?

That is a great question!  I have them in my '21 GMC 3500.  I have searched all over the GMC Accessories site with zero luck.  If I ever have to replace them I will be SOL.

Is yours an AT4? It may be due to RPO code VXW or PDG? That RPO code also comes with the high clearance runningboards.

No sir.  I have the Sierra 3500HD Denali with the Black Diamond package.

During my working days I would go to a carpet store and buy carpet squares. Usually for 1$ per square. I would load up. Working pipelines my boots would routinely get dirty. Sometimes I’d throw one on the ground and change shoes to get in the truck. Or just have them on the floor for dirt collection. They really cut down on interior cleaning.

I think they only come on the AT4s.  If you look at the seat in the image you can see that it is an AT4.  Call your dealer and ask for replacement AT4 floormats.  From the build and configure site it looks like they might be standard.  It only gives me the options to add special AT4 logo mats, or carpeted on the AT4.

My dealer installed those in my SLT as a "courtesy upgrade" when I took delivery.  It looks like they are a selectable option in the build and price tool.
