Ok To Ground 2 Accessories @ Same Spot?

Just a quick question. I'm installing a-pillar lights. I already have a lightbar installed. I'm using the GM Upfitter switches. Lightbar is on switch 1. A-pillar lights are going to be on switch 2. I'm not finding many options to ground at, and was hoping I could ground into the same bolt. Is this going to work, or will it cause something like an electrical loop through the ground? Electrical isn't my expertise, so I'm hoping the experts here can give me an answer.

No it will not cause a ground loop.

But it needs to be a good ground for everything to work at it's full potential.
