2003 Yukon slt and Sierra front grill

I have a question about fitment. I thought the 2003 Yukon and 2003 Sierra had the same grills ?  I can get a sierra pretty quickly but it says it won't fit?

not sure what grill you have there but just doing a quick search provided me with this grill and what it is compatible with.

That's just the grill insert, I need the whole assembly. I'm pretty sure they are the same
