2021 2.7L driveline issues

I’ve got a 2021 Silverado Custom with the 2.7 Turbo and 8 speed transmission. The ride feels slightly rough on all surfaces, smooth or bumpy, the right rear creaks/pops when I drive in reverse in my yard, but not on pavement. When coasting down there’s a very very soft rumble/shudder. There’s a long shift from 1-2 (The service manager called it turbo lag, it’s not turbo lag), but everything shifts smooth after that. And going uphill, it hesitates.
