Transmission hard shift

Hello all, first time here and just bought a 2024 sierra 1500 pro with 2.7.  im having similar tranny stuff.  after truck has been sitting over night or when im at work during the day, when i start to drive, it shifts super hard when it goes from 2nd down to 1st.  it only does this until everything gets to full operating time, then its fine.  My garage is at 45 degrees, so its not outside at zero degrees.  i got the truck with 12 miles and now has 700.  any help would be nice.

I have the exact same issue and I just bought my truck from the dealer.  its a 2023 with only 2800 miles on it.  Coming down to first gear shifts really hard.  Of course not all the time but when it does, bammmmm.

Next day off it is going back to the dealer.
