2015 Vehicle Communication Interface Module not working. Is there a fuse to this?

A week ago I could receive calls but the caller couldn't hear me. I also notice my navigation system did not work. Voice commands were not recognized. 

I replaced the roof top fin antenna and the microphone thinking there was a water leak that caused the problem. Voice communication, GPS and Onstar is still not working. 

Is there a fuse in the interior panel i can check to see if power source is causing it? I want to check the fuse before spending money on a new communication module
