davester Posted October 10, 2021 Posted October 10, 2021 You might try putting the rear end up on jackstands, with the front wheels chocked and in 2wd, start up the engine, put it in drive, and use a mechanics stethoscope to find where the sound is coming from.
yngstr Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 I thought i had bearings going bad in the rear at 190k but found it was drive shaft u-joints instead
