2020 GMC not starting

Push the start button and it’s make a noise like it’s trying to crank for 10-15 seconds straight then nothing. It’s not the battery. Trying to add video but don’t know how to compress it.

what engine in your truck?

I'm not sure if this is related to your situation, but if the engine has been flooded; your owners manual provides instruction on starting.

This happened once with my 2021 Silverado.  I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery for about 15 seconds, reconnected and made sure all connections were tight.  Fired right up with no issues since.  There are also some bolts under the fuse box lid that may need tightened as well.  You can google that.
