2014 Silverado Dual Climate control not working properly

Recommended Posts

Not sure what happened, but I just noticed my heat on driver side is not getting hot, passenger side blowing out hot AF, also the floor function and defrost function isn’t working either, both side blow cold but driver side doesn’t blow hot even though I have it on HIGH! Has anybody had this issue? I swapped the AC control under the radio but still doing the same thing. Haven’t got a chance to check it out to much just yet.

Try the simple first and disconnect the negative battery cable for about 5 mins. Then try it again. I have read on other threads that after turning the controls back on, leave them alone for 3 minutes to let them self recalibrate.
