Power door lock

Passenger side door lock only unlocking part of the time. Have used both the door switch and fob but neither work. All of the other locks appear to be fine. Any ideas on what is wrong or how to test the lock switch?

It's your actuator and it will need to be replaced. I had exact same problem.

Thanks. Does each door have a lock actuator or just the drivers side?

Every door has its own lock actuator.

Not sure what year your truck is but here is what is found for a 2016 crew cab. Scroll down to "Latch" and that part includes the actuator. The entire thing would need to be replaced. Just verify the RPO codes to make sure it is the correct one for you. Not recommending this place, just including it as a guide but I have ordered from them before.
