Thanks all for the help first off.

 

Just picked up a clean barn find 2500HD.  

it is a 6.0 Auto 4l80e 

4x4 Z85

4.10 gears and a G80 Differential 

 

With a fifth wheel hitch.... Max I can tow.  I mean MAX.  I will need to move a 12,000lb fifth wheel a few hundred miles 2 times a year no real climbing,  flat and steady.

Any upgrades I can do to make this safer. Or Better.
