Awesome thank. But for example where is says upper ball joint then gives the spec it says 37/50 is that a torque between 37 and 50? Just want to be sure I get my truck back together with no other issues lol.

Where it says 37/50 if you look you will see ft-lbs/ nm.  The 37 is ft-lbs. The 50 is nm (newton meters). Hope this helps. If you run into this again there are conversion chart for ft-lbs to newton meters and newton meters to ft-lbs. Hope this helps and clears up the confusion. Don't know if you noticed or not but if you click on the charts it makes them just a little bigger.
