radio question

ok i have a 2021 sierra elevation, so im listening to the radio and i turn off the truck without turning off the radio, when i get back in to the truck and start it i would think the radio would be on but some times the radio is off and the volume is all the way down, but sometimes the radio just comes back on. also i think My EQ setings are getting reset also. this happen to anyone else?

Have you set up a profile in your truck?

i dont have the option for profiles/users, but i just found a guy on you tube with the same problem where his EQ settings would rest and he said to do the resets on the radio and so far it has been working. EQ settings still saved and radio starts up with volume. lets see it lasts.
