Changed plugs and speakers stop working

So I've never experienced something like this. I changed the plugs in my 2014 GMC 5.3 1500 Quad cab. Everything worked fine before. 

 

I finish everything, start up the truck to make sure everything is good after the plug change, and the front drivers side speakers don't work. No tones, no radio, no blinker, nothing. 

 

Tried radio factory reset, disconnecting the battery or 20 minutes; still nothing... I could understand maybe one speaker "happens to fail" at that moment, but both?  

 

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?

Body grounds on these vehicles is important. Check your work. Perhaps you disturbed/broke a ground wire.
