Have you inspected the weather stripping on the door and body to make sure they're not damaged?

Do you have a sunroof?  If so the drains can get plugged and leak inside.

 

Check the Blower motor for the Heater that is another source of Leaks in GM's  The outside seal leaks then it fills up with water.

Check the plastic panel outside and below the wipers. they get full of junk and the overfill when rain comes it ends up in the passenger compartment
