Aftermarket Mods for Old Body Style 2019 Silverado

I recently purchased a used 2019 Silverado 1500 all-star/midnight edition. This truck although within the new generation’s model year has the old 2018 and below body style. This has proved difficult when purchasing aftermarket parts for this vehicle. Should I be looking for parts that fall into the current generation or the 2018 and below?

Yes. Anything that fits a 2016-2018 fits the LD 2019's.
