2010 Sierra 1500 crew cab electrical problem

I have never experienced a problem like my truck is currently having. When I sit in the drivers seat and turn the key nothing happens but If I stand outside the truck and reach in and turn the key it fires up immediately. Then when you sit down in the drivers seat all the gauges go dead and warnings start flashing such as service four wheel drive, traction control off etc. If you then step out of the truck the gauges start working again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I'd be at the point of removing the drivers seat to check all the wiring under it. If something is grounding out when you sit down, then that is a possible issue.

I remove the front seats and inspected the wiring harness and could find. O corrosion breaks or scrapes.

How about the wiring, connections and modules under the carpet?  You need a Tech-2 type scan tool to pull the BCM codes which will quickly tell you what's happening.
