Mud flaps with splash guard

I currently have splash guards front and back on my truck. Unfortunately they still let a fair amount by when not on paved roads. Looking to add mud flaps on top of them. It looks like the rock star mud flaps will bolt on but not weather tech or husky. Any other experience with this?

I have the Husky mudflaps, and they are molded to work with the splash gaurds.
