does a three inch lift change the way truck rides?

have a 2018 silverado stock suspension. I love the way this truck rides and drives. rides better than cars that have been in the family the last 50 years. would a three inch front rear suspension lift change that?

I will be the first to tell you any altercations to suspension will affect the ride quality. My advise is decide whats more important, looks or ride quality. I have both. A Tahoe for ride quality and a Silverado on 35s for fun and "looks". The truck although is a bit higher lift, does have a rough ride unless at highway speeds on smooth roads. It will make you feel every bump in the road.

Have a 6.5"lift on the Sierra, the ride is not objectionable at all.  It's not stock, but it's not bad and that is on 35" mud tires.
