So since I'm waiting on my Trail Boss to arrive, I decided to try to get some Brownie Points with the wife this weekend by polishing/waxing her car.

I decided to try the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Pro to the Max Graphene.   (I think they need a longer name)

Anyway, reading the instructions, it is suitable to use on glass, rubber, trim etc. so I went all in and coated everything.  Paint, glass, plastic trim, rubber etc.

I was pretty impressed with the product as when I was putting it on, one section at a time I could definitely see where i had applied the wax to the trim.   The coated trim looks very nice.   Not wet or sticky looking, just a darker shade of the original color of the plastic trim.

I really like that

1) I didn't have to be extra careful of where I applied it, because it was going everywhere and

2) it really made the paint shine, trim 'pop' almost and the glass is cleaner than the day we brought the car home.

May be something to consider.
