317 heads from a running engine. Pulled them off when I did a swap. Completely put together from the factory and untouched. Only one exhaust manifold bolt broken off in the head. 140k miles on the engine.

  Can you see airbag module data? If you can, buckle the belt and see if the data set shows that the belt is buckled. If its showing that it is not buckled on the data but its physically buckled, then it probably needs the buckle.

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
