I'm new to this forum, and I just want to know if there are tires that can fit a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT and a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD High Country?

Tires yes but the bolt pattern is totally different so the wheels would need to be swapped

A half ton truck uses 6 lug wheels and a 3/4 ton truck uses 8 lug wheels.

 

And the swap only works one way. Tires that work on a 1500 truck will not work on a 2500 truck because a stock half ton truck does not use Load Range E tires. All 2500 and 3500 trucks are required to run Load Range E tires.

 

You'll need to educate yourself on what each vehicle can come equipped with.
