Please Help!! No Start, P00C6 - Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low - Engine Cranking Bank 1

So I have been fighting a no start condition that started 5 miles after replacing the lifters on Bank 2 and also replaced all the injectors while I was in there.  I took it on a test drive and 5 miles in the truck went into limp mode all of sudden for a second or two then just shutoff and hasn't started since.  The code is P00C6 and shows low rail pressure and the rail pressure only shows to be 65-70 while the low pressure side around 80 or so.  I figured something happened to the high pressure pump so I replaced it and still have the same issue.  I then noticed that the fuel temperature also reads -40 and it appears the fuel rail pressure and fuel temperature sensor is one in the same (if it even supports fuel temperature) which made think sensor is bad.  The thought was the computer thinks the pressure is way too low and not even firing the injectors.  I just got a new sensor and ohm it compared to the old one and it is about identical.  

 

I'm getting about 140 ohms between the 5v terminal and the outer signal wire on both sensors.  I am getting open to the center terminal and either terminal on both sensors.   On the truck side I am getting 5v at the plug.  I am getting continuity between the 5v wire and the outer signal wire and getting 50 ohms between the 5v wire and the center signal wire and 50 ohm between the two signal wires. 

 

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Well I put it back together to confirm the sensor didn't fix the issue.

Pulled it back apart today and confirmed that the lifter that drives the high pressure pump isn't doing anything.  Has anyone had one of these fail before?

Welp, dug further and the cam isn't moving either so it either broke the chain or sheared the cam bolts.  Thinking at this point I might as well just pull it and do a delete and freshen everything up along with some upgrades.

How did you make out? Im having almost the exact same issue.
