2022 Refresh Trail Boss 2.7 4lo?

Wondering you fellas with the new 2022 refresh Trail Boss 2.7, does it have 4lo/2 speed transfer case?

The Z71 option code includes a 2 speed transfer case and for all intents and purposes, the Trailboss is a Z71 with longer shocks.

it was going to be on my custom trail boss order that I cancelled, so the answer is yes, the z's and the Tb's have the 2 speed transfer case

I was under the impression the ‘19 - ‘22 LTD you couldn’t get the 2 speed transfer case with the 2.7.  Maybe I was wrong.   So I had to ask about the Refresh.

That is correct, except for Trail Boss with 2.7 which has it.  2.7 went into the Trail Boss for 2021 I think?  

 

Z71 is how you get to the 2 speed with all engines, as a general rule of thumb (only one or two exceptions to this).  Z71 is a part of Trail Boss.

Yup and you can only get a z71 2.7 if you buy a trailboss. They won’t sell the 2.7 truck with the z71package without it. Why I don’t know.
