I have a 2017 4x4 with a 6" Fabtech lift and 35" tires with about 70K miles. I am starting to hear my upper ball joint pop when turning. Does anyone have experience with going to an upgrade control arm and ball joint? I called 4wheel parts to discuss options and they said to go with stock replacements, the Congnito, Kryptonate, or any other upgraded arm needs lots of maintenance. I guess he means you have to keep them lubed? I also read the Cognito arms will improve the ride and the angles. Not sure what to do.
