2014 silverado 4x4 5.3 with 197xxx miles when its cold goes into gear then after 5min gets little warm  try putting into gear and nothing I have no check engine lights on or nothing any ideas or someone has this issue before

Fluid pressure is much higher with cold fluid, once it heats up the pressure can drop if there is a problem with the pump or valve body. At that mileage if it's the OEM transmission, you are just playing with fire.

 

The torque converter if original is likely to have started to fail and sent metal through the transmission slowly killing it.
