New battery changed caused reduced speed.

I got a 2019 2500 4WD. I changed both batteries today and after I started it my check engine light came on, gave me an emissions system signal, reduced my speed, and says I have 174 miles of DEF remaining. Has anybody had this problem, and if so, is there a way to fix this without taking it to the shop?  I already disconnected both negative posts and then reconnected with no luck. TIA!

You might want to consider posting your question in the HD forum instead of the 1500 forum, though I'm sure you'll receive some responses.

What does the scan tool say? Disconnecting the battery may not clear/reset codes
