Was wondering If it would be necessary To hook up the two rear sensors. Any advice with this problem I have would be greatly appreciated.

Need all 4 working.  The truck can't determine if the fuel trims are working correctly because it can't see the rear sensors.

Do you still have the catalytic converters there also?  Because if you don't, that's gonna lead to more problems.
