OEM Wireless Phone Charger from 404 Parts

Has anyone installed the wireless charger from 404parts.com?

 

The install went well, instructions were clear and easy to follow.  
 

The only issue I’ve noticed is the auto-stop feature no longer works?  Has anyone installed this or have any knowledge?  
The power was connected via splitting the 12v cigarette behind the dash……..  

I’ve seen a post saying the correct power source was under the passenger seat, but I haven’t seen any additional info on where / how to make that connection.   
 

Any additional info would be appreciated

thats cool, you have discovered an other auto stop disable feature and gained a phone charger

I installed the wireless charger from 404parts in my 2020 Trail Boss, and the look is just like the factory.  The install was easy, and yes, it plugs into the back of cigarette lighter with a special connector, but after one year it just stopped working.  Checked the fuse and the lighter still works, just not the charger.  At this point I don't want to go through it all again, so I've left it alone.  No issues with my auto-stop, but who knows since I've had another problem with this part.

Thanks for the reply.  Find it weird that auto-stop hasn’t worked since install.

 

Supposedly the wireless charger gets connected to somewhere below the passenger seat as well, does anyone have info on that?
