L83 Long trim bank 1, trouble.

I have a problem with Long trim on bank1 on 300000 miles L83 . 

Car drives and for some reason can not eliminate that code. 

motor had that fault before lifter failed. Motor was removed and repacked with fresh parts no honning. 

Any guidance?
