2019 Chevy Silverado 5.3

Truck has all the sudden developed what sounds to be a loud lifter clatter under a load all the time. I have also noticed the Oil psi. Dropping to about 5-7PSI at an idle when warm but jumps to 60-70 psi as-soon as it gains RPM's. Truck has 70,000 miles so it is just out of warrantee.

Sounds like it's time for a rental, tear down of the heads and replace lifters with non-DFM ones and a DFM delete kit and a tune.
