Good question, but the girl had no idea were Great Falls Montana was. Told her the mile marker I was beside and she sounded totally confused! Luckily a guy stopped and helped me and all was good.

Remote start has nothing to do with Onstar unless you're using the app to start it. Keyfob remote start is via radio frequency.

Those emails and such have nothing to do with Onstar.  Every new owner gets automatically subscribed to these "constant contact" promo's by default.  Its supposed to show they care about their customers.  Its built into every invoice'
