2020 Silverado 1500 LT 3.0L Duramax won't start

Hopped in the truck two nights ago and popped the hood to check the oil. Decided to start the truck as well, and it wouldn't start. Accessory panel lights up, but no cranking or start. 

Battery tests good, replaced the bus bar, tightened the fuse box bolts, still no luck. Any hot tips/tricks to get the truck up and running again?

You mention that the battery tests good. How did you test it and what were the results?

Electronics might be haywire and worth a try, but they will start with the hood up, except using the mobile app.
