2019 GMC Serra Sirus Radio not working

I had my windshield due to a crack now my FM or Sirus Radio will work at all, from phone it will work and GPS works

but had it recheck and re calibrated and they stated can not find anything wrong, even called Sirus with no luck at all

with the not so good people working there.

I believe the Sirius XM antennae cable runs up the front door pillar on the drivers side. There is a connector under the interior cover panel. Maybe this connector became disconnected during the windsheild replacement? Sounds like you need to take this to a dealer who knows what they are doing or pull the interior pillar cover and check the connector for yourself.
