Power Folding Mirror Button

I have a 2023 Sierra Denali Ultimate and when I try to use the power folding mirror button to fold my mirrors in while driving they will not fold in. The button works fine when parked. My 2019 High Country had no issues folding the mirrors in while driving so I'm a but confused as to why they don't work the same on my Sierra. I drive a real narrow road for about 3 miles coming home from work and if I pass another truck we both have to fold our mirrors in to easily pass, other trucks are folding their mirrors in as we all usually do so it's easier to pass but I can't unless I put the window down and pull the mirror in. Any ideas as to how to get them to fold while driving?

I think now they are programmed to fold out over 10 mph for safety reasons unlike my old Tahoe that would keep them in for those tight spots. I have an old narrow river bridge that needs mirrors in when 2 trucks pass each other also. 

Mine fold in but fold right back out.

Yeah, mine don't fold at all when driving, kinda bummed and I'm sure I'll get a mirror smack at some point........
