So i had my 2022.5 at the dealers today for a faulty right side headlight. The dealer did a reflash and said that it fixed the issue. Me in a rush to get home didn't check it a the dealer and when i got home it didn't work so now i am waiting for a headlight assembly from GM and according to them it's on a nationwide backorder!  Has anyone been able to figure out what is causing these issues? I am concerned with driving at night because cops are just looking for an excuse to pull people over and of course it's a safety issue as well. 

 

 

Poor headlight assemblies is the leading culprit in the field.

FWIW.... I have this issue on the left side.  2022.5

I have same issue 2023 trail boss RF but doesn't do it all the time. Dealer says they have to take video of it before it can be a warranty. Now if I can just get it to do it again.

The repair for this issue was the left side turn signal stalk replacement.  Hasn't been a problem since.....so I'm a believer that this was the fix.
