Wondering if GM has changed the parameters of when the elevated idle kicks in?  This is more out if curiosity than anything else.

On my 21 and 22, I had to check the box in the settings and it would only elevate to heat the engine when it was below freezing or quite cold (don't remember the actual temp).  My 24 will elevate the idle when the engine is cold - first start if the day for example, even if it is 30C out and the option is off in the settings.  The previous trucks would just idle.

I haven't had it in the cold yet so not sure how it behaves there.  I also have the high idle switch with the ability to bump the idle up in two stages.  The 'elevated' idle is less than either of those settings.
