No response from GM Rep

I've been trying to get hold of the GM rep who handles BBB cases, goes by the name of Cavelle, I've called almost everyday for the last 3 weeks, leaving voice messages etc.. the extension number goes directly to his voice mail, and the message says mail box full and I can not leave any more messages. super frustrating. Any one else have this issue?? how did you navigate around it?

Try this number (if you have not already), rep is not calling you back. Not sure how you aquired their number, they do not give those out very often.

Better business bureau. Ironically enough they are funded in part by GM and misrepresent themselves as advocates for the consumer.

Thanks for the info. I have tried that number. They actually gave me a new case manager, and I have been in contact with her. I don't have very much faith that these people are going to help me though.

Just noticed, you never mentioned the issue with your truck. Are you attempting a Lemon Law buyback?
