6 inch Rough Country Lift Help

So im going to be installing the 6 inch rc kit on my 2014 silverado and was just wondering if anyone had any tips for the install  that  would help make the process smoother. i was looking online and it looks way more extensive then i originally thought.

I have a Fabtech lift and i installed it myself.  Im sure the process is similar.  Make sure to have a helper, its going to take way more time than you think to complete, make sure you have all of the needed tools before you start, and not sure what wheels you going with but you may need to look into doing a NorCal mod.  According to customwheeloffsets a guy with the same truck and list and same offset claimed minor plastic trimming.  I ended up having to do a full NorCal to be able to get the clearance i needed.

6 inch lift and putting on 35 inch by 12.50 cooper tires on 20x10 fuel rebel wheels do you guys think i will need to norcal it?

 Lol this is exactly what happened to me immediately had to chop my bumper corners and now im gonna have to do the norcal just trying to figure out the which method now

I had to trim the plastic valance under the front bumper.  I originally did a regular norcal then ended up buying the trim plates and cut out the mangled metal and installed the plates.  Make sure to paint the area so it doesnt rust.  Nobody will notice that anything was trimmed on the truck other than you.
