4.2" Infotainment Display and Buttons

In my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 I have the 4.2" display. The display has a dim light when you start the truck, but the display and the preset buttons, as well as the CD control buttons do not work. The climate control works and you can still control the radio through the steering wheel controls. I have checked all fuses. What is wrong with the display and buttons and how do I fix it? Thanks!
