I believe it. The EPA says my car gets 24 MAX on highway, and when my dad drove it to his work he got a max of 29.

Hmmm...that's not too good. The Civic isn't broken in yet (it only has maybe 20 miles on the odometer right now), so the MPG probably isn't too great, but we will see once it has a few hundred miles on it. Hopefully it gets close to the advertised mileage.

I dont think Honduh needs to just start blaming the test. My 94 used to get better than what the sticker said. The sticker says 15 city 18 highway, I used to get 17 city 20 highway but now it is right at 15-18.

Well, right now our Civic is getting 35 MPG. Keep in mind it has less than 50 miles on the odometer and has only been taken on very short trips for the most part (the engine has to be a certain temperature before the electric motor can assist it, so it doesn't always shut off when stopped).
