Turn signal

I hope this is how it works so I'm having turn signal issues the left side works completely inside and out but on the right they do not work at all but when I put a tester to the two fuses that go to the right turn signal in the cab had power I went to the trailer attachment and found the two points and they were also working but I still have no turn signal on the right side. Bulbs work they stay on as running lights 06 Chevy Silverado 1500 4dr 4.8l

Welcome to the forum!  The bulbs have 2 filaments, 1 for running lights and 1 for turn/brake light. Do they all flash with the hazards on?  If the bulbs are good It could be a bad directional switch or the wiring

No only the left side comes on the right does nothing but the fuses are getting a pulse of power on and off and it makes it way to the trailer plug.

No power so there's been couple of questionable mods done on the truck has lights in the wheel wells. So is it normal for a relay to run only the right side cause there is a relay set up along the left fender I thought it was hooked up to the lights but I'm thinking it's for the right turn signal my hands bout froze solid before I went inside.

Only thing I came up with is turn signal switch
