Hey Guys,

Have a 2022 At4 and I am having some fog/haze issues in both head lights. Its been stuck in there coming up 6months.

I mentioned the fog/discoloration issue I am currently having in the summertime with my dealership. I was then referred to a TSB about condensation in the headlights(Bulletin No.: 01-08-42-001O). I followed the recommendations of long drives with head lights on and giving it 6-8 hrs with no change. The truck is stored in a heated and ventilated garage ever day where I can control the humidity levels. I brought the issue up again to my dealership and was referred to the same TSB about condensation in the headlights. They recommended reaching out to GM Canada as their hands were tied and the program, they used would not let them send in different information or resubmit. I reviewed with the service manager at the dealership and he agreed that the lights should be replaced, He believed something got past the seals to cause this. I then contacted GM Canada at the time and was advised to wait until winter and the fog should clear out. I have now waited until winter with our deep freeze and drop in humidity only to have no change in the head lights over the course of 6months. The discoloration/ fog has never subsided from the head light and gotten worse growing in the top of the head lights. I have also noticed this starting in the top of my fog light assemblies as well. Its does not appear as a typical condensation issue. I have been going back and forth with them for months only to have the DSM flat out tell me no they would not be replaced even though with in my warranty period. The DSM will not discuss with me directly, only GM Canada can respond saying this could happen in another set of headlights if replaced.

Needless to say I'm pretty pee'd off with the garbage customer service.

I just got my 2020 ltz. Have had it for 3-4 days and noticed condensation forming in headlamps. I was told by a friend this is a common issue.  It has not changed in the 2022 models either. Got the same bullitan
