2023 3500 HD LTZ rear camera issues

I traded my 2024 for my boss's 2023 to use on a trip to North Dakota, so I could keep the miles off mine.   I got in, put it in reverse and immediately noticed the rear camera was not working.  I asked him about it and he said it just stopped working a few days ago.  

 

Any Ideas if it's something simple I can do or is it most likely a trip to a dealer.

You could look behind the bumper and make sure the camera wire is connected. It’s a separate small wire with a FAKRA connector.
