2023 GMC Sierra Pro 2.7

 

I tried starting the truck with the MyGMC app this morning (has worked many times before) but it did not work and for hours now the button to start is stuck on "Sending" and is grayed out and you can't do anything.

 

Have restarted app and phone and truck was started and stopped manually but the app remains the same.

 

Anyone have this problem? Will the app eventually free itself?

I had the same problem with my truck about a week ago and I had to send them a feedback email here (ATTN:myChevroletApp/put your name here) in the subject line and then tell them your issue, they will respond back and will need your account number and the vehicle description. They had mine fixed by next day. Wait till they respond back to give them the info. You can also go to the app info in your phone and read the comments or you can leave one if you wish and they will comment back.

Thank you. I used the chat option for GMC support on the app and an agent said to sign out/force stop the app on phone,, uninstall, reinstall. Problem now cleared. Haven't tried to start it yet though.
