radio problem

I have a 2017 1500 denali and im having a problem with the radio switching channels and going from radio to the video.

I changed the shark antenna but still doing same thing.....incredibly annoying!!!

There are several threads on this site for this issue . Search for videos and part numbers. 
For many it boils down to replacing the digitizer. 
It’s a fairly inexpensive and easy swap out. 
I had found a couple helpful videos on YouTube on how to take the screen out to get to the digitizer.

i paid about $300 2 years ago for the part but many found it much cheaper now . Check e-bay and or other sites?

Some say you can unplug the blue plug from the module behind your glovebox then plug it back in to reset it.

I did not have luck with doing that.
