2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 lt

Left rear bulb for turn signal was bad put a new one that still light works but not the blinker tested with prob power is going and fuse is good and connector is good too blinks when I test it with the test light but bulb won't flicker. Need help!!!

If you have power to the socket with a test light make sure you are using a "known good" bulb. Not just a new bulb. A  new bulb can be defective. Make sure you are using a known good bulb and test it before installing it.
